ok! it started thursday 30th April when we picked up jolane after his trip from Melbourne to the Gold Coast. it got serious friday 1st May when we hit the macs at 7am and finished at midnight. we made some amazing breakthroughs on saturday 2nd May when we were in the zone from 8am to 1am. then on sunday 3rd May we had some major hurdles to work out, design issues and serious gallery dramas… we ended hitting the sack around 2:30am. today 4th May is a public holiday here in Queensland, but we still managed to get a good 3 hours in before we had to get jolane back on his way down to Melbourne.

Now it wasn’t just all work work work {well, it was mostly} – we had some great lunch breaks including a special guest appearance from the always awesome singer-songwriter Mike McCarthy for sunday’s lunch that we took down at the Southport Surf Life Saving Club at Main Beach. {great beach side food}. We also had some surprise late night visitors on Saturday when Evan & Moira Peet {pastors at The Embassy in Sydney} dropped in to say hello & catch up for a couple of good hours.

So jolane was here on the Gold Coast for a total of 86 hours and all up we guesstimate that we put in about 48 hours {each} to the website in that time period! A massive thanks again to our man, the genius, jolane! he is a great guy and all round legend – he is also very single, so ladies….
